Sterling silver handmade Roman catholic “Saint Christopher” men’s ring. On the face of the ring is the image of St. Christopher carrying a child, who was unknown to him, across a river before the child revealed himself as Christ. Therefore, he is the patron saint of travelers. On both sides of the ring there is one very emblematic symbol. The Staurogram also known as the Monogrammatic cross or TauRho symbol. Some say that these two united letters stating that the Tau refers to the Cross and the Rho refers to the Greek word “help”.  In such a way the symbol expresses the idea that the Cross saves.
